We may share information only as reasonably needed with:

  • Service providers/processors that host pages, run the assessment, send email, process payments, host videos, provide analytics, manage forms, provide security, or support our operations.

  • Legal, safety, and compliance recipients if required by law, subpoena, court order, regulator, or to protect rights, safety, users, or property.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising where applicable law requires opt-out treatment, unless disclosed and handled under applicable law.

9. Third-party services

The Services may use or link to third-party services such as ScoreApp, Brevo, Skool, Bunny/video hosting, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, and other tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, embedded players, checkout pages, or communities that we do not control.

10. Affiliate links, referrals, and partner tracking

Some pages or emails may contain affiliate, referral, partner, or tracked links. If you click those links, the destination provider may receive information such as your click, browser/device data, purchase status, referral source, or commission attribution data. We may receive referral reporting, but the third-party provider controls its own checkout and privacy practices.

11. Legal bases for processing where required

Where laws such as the GDPR/UK GDPR require a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent; performance of a contract or requested service; legitimate interests such as operating, improving, securing, and marketing the Services; compliance with legal obligations; and protection of vital interests where safety or emergency-related law requires it.

12. Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including delivering results/resources, operating the community and training funnel, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, complying with tax/accounting/legal obligations, security monitoring, and improving the Services. We may delete, de-identify, or aggregate information when it is no longer needed.

13. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No website, email system, platform, or internet transmission is perfectly secure. Please use strong passwords on third-party platforms and avoid sending sensitive emergency or legal information through ordinary forms or email.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law.

Colorado, California, and other U.S. state privacy notices

If a state privacy law applies, residents may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and non-discrimination. We do not knowingly sell personal information. If you believe a particular tracking or referral feature qualifies as “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under your state law, contact us with “Privacy Opt-Out” in the subject line.

EEA/UK/Swiss users

You may have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. If we transfer personal information internationally, we use appropriate safeguards where required, such as contractual protections or reliance on service providers with recognized transfer mechanisms.

16. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers send “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals. Because standards and platform behavior vary, we respond where required by applicable law and otherwise provide the choices described in this policy.

17. Changes to this policy
