Chatto Unlimited LLC (“FemPowerment,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Project FemPowerment assessment, result pages, training, email resources, and related offers. This policy explains our handling of personal information when you use these services.
Information we collect
Information you provide: first and last name, email address, assessment answers, result and category scores, consent choice and consent-copy version, and messages you send us.
Information collected automatically: limited campaign or referral parameters, request time, IP address and browser/device information used for security and abuse prevention, and operational logs. The site may use browser session or local storage to preserve assessment progress, prevent improper video seeking, and remember when a training step has been completed.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the assessment; calculate and display results; deliver the result, requested guide, and consented educational emails; maintain unsubscribe and suppression records; troubleshoot errors; prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and improve the program. Where applicable, we rely on your consent, performance of a requested service, our legitimate operational and security interests, and legal obligations.
Service providers and sharing
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to providers that help operate the service, including Hostinger for website hosting, Brevo for contact management and email, Bunny Stream for video delivery, and Skool if you choose to visit or join the optional community. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use assessment answers for unrelated advertising.
Retention
Lead profile information, assessment answers, results, and consent records are ordinarily retained for 24 months after submission unless you request earlier deletion or a legal requirement requires longer retention. Security and operational logs are ordinarily retained for up to 90 days where technically available. Hosted backups retain five current daily copies, and encrypted off-host backups are retained for up to 30 days. A one-way unsubscribe or suppression identifier may be retained while the email program operates so an opted-out address is not accidentally re-enrolled.
Security
Contact information is encrypted at rest in the application. We also use access controls, HTTPS, rate limits, monitored queues, and tested backups. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit highly sensitive information.
Your choices and data rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing through the secure link in any FemPowerment email. Depending on your location, you may also have data rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an appeal of a privacy-request decision. To make a request, email Otto@fempowermentessentials.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
International processing
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy protections may differ by country, and we use provider safeguards where applicable.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or email when appropriate.
